California
Prepare your backpacks and suitcases for an unforgettable trip to Davenport with BitBook.net!
If you are planning your vacation to California, you already know: definitely include Davenport in your fantastic route.
Davenport is a real find on California's central coast. Traditional Californian itineraries, most of the time, do not include this paradise and I honestly do not understand the real reason, since in addition to being located at one of the points on Highway 1 route, it is close to the incredible San Francisco. It is a place of magnificent beauty, with inspiring and very poetic wild landscapes. Something very different from that Californian style that we see in movies and series.
Don't miss the opportunity to visit this beautiful place, don't know how to go? Don't worry, go to bitbook.net and easily book all you'll need to get there and have a great time.
California, in general, is well known for its popular beaches, many professional surfers and skate parks. This initial view is really charming, but the region as a whole can offer you much more than this movement. Davenport is the opposite of all this excitement, access is limited, and depending on the time of year, there is a high chance of finding the beach deserted! What I particularly think is wonderful!
The region is very frequented by Americans, so much so that it is very common to find locals appreciating the full nature in different ways, reading a book, painting pictures or simply looking at the infinity that Davenport provides.

Davenport is located 11 miles north of Santa Cruz. The first stop is at Davenport Pier. This site is surrounded by ancient ruins of the concrete pier, which is now a set of concrete towers. This spot is known to attract photographers from all over the world.
to the south is Davenport Beach, the most frequented beach in the city, as access is easier and the landscape is second to none. Stay here for a while until you get used to the endless beauty. It is breathtaking.
The next beach, not far away, is Shark Fin Cove Beach. Shark, in English, means shark and the name comes from the fact that the main stone on the beach looks like a fin. This is the smallest beach in the region and, honestly, for me, it's the nicest. In this region it is very windy and the stone walls that surround the beach help to reduce the wind. Access is limited, you need to go down a small stone trail, but it is well worth it.
Further south is Bonny Doom Beach, the least crowded and wildest of all the beaches. The stone walls are incredible and almost untouchable. There's no way to miss the photo here, lol! I only suggest stopping the car and admiring the cliffs and cliffs from above.
The last stop worth staying the rest of the day and enjoying the wonderful sunset is Panther Beach. In fact, if you can spend the whole day on this beach in the summer, it won't be bad at all, hehehe, the contact with full, raw nature brings a lot of peace, and, if you're lucky, on a beautiful hot day, it will be unforgettable! The locals and many young people, in the summer, tend to frequent this beach and fill the area.
